Most CV builders sell you a layout. The actual problem isn't the layout. It's that you submit the same CV to every job and let the ATS filter it out at the door. Hiring managers in 2026 see your CV only if a recruiter, an applicant-tracking system, and increasingly an AI agent all say yes first.
KnockCV is the smallest version of a different answer: one CV per job, written in fourteen seconds, scored against the actual posting. The user pastes the job, pastes their experience, gets a CV + cover letter that read like they were written for that role, plus an explicit score with the keywords they still need to cover.

The ATS panel.
What separates the product from a chat-with-GPT exercise: the panel above the editor. Every generated CV ships with a structured ATS verdict: a 0–100 score, and explicit matched and missing keyword chips. The user can edit the CV by hand, hit Re-check match, and see the score move. The score isn't cosmetic; it's the same scorer that gated the revision loop during generation.
This is the moment we've learned to design every agent around: making the model's judgement legible. A confidence number alone is useless. A matched/missing list is something a job-seeker can act on in two minutes.

What's different about it.
Three things, in order of how often they get mentioned by early users:
- It's for one job, not a job category. Most builders make you keep a master CV and pray it stretches. KnockCV makes a new one each time you hit Generate. The work that used to take an hour takes a coffee.
- The score is real. Every CV ships with a 0–100 ATS verdict and two lists: what you matched, what you missed. You don't have to trust us; you can see what the gate looks for.
- It writes in the language of the posting. Paste a Dutch role with a profile written in English and you get a Dutch CV back. Same for German, French, Spanish. The score gets calculated against the posting's own keywords, not an English crib.

The next things we'll plant are small. More PDF templates (a few that don't scream “AI wrote this”). Polished output in more languages. Cover-letter variants for industries that want a different register. A soft usage cap for power users, before the credit ceiling is the only signal.
