We own the work end-to-end: brand direction, architecture, code, and the long arc after launch. We start small (a real piece of working software in two weeks) and stay for the long arc, usually a year or more.

Three things, mostly. We're small on purpose, a small team, by design. We build the code we ship, no WordPress, no Shopify, no Webflow themes. And we stay. The launch is the start of the relationship, not the end.

Founders, small teams, and people inside larger companies who can make decisions without three layers of sign-off. We work best when there's one person we can reach by Slack or email, who can say yes.

Yes, within one working day. We pick three to five new projects a year, so we say no to most enquiries. When we do, we try to point you towards someone we trust who's a better fit.

Often. About half our work is for Dutch clients, half is European or US. We work in English or Dutch; meetings happen on Zoom at sensible times for your zone.

Of course. We have a standard mutual NDA we can send over before the first call, or we'll sign yours.

Our smallest engagement is around €5,000 (a tightly scoped automation or single-feature build). Most projects sit between €15,000 and €60,000 for the first phase. Long-term retainers usually land between €3,000 and €8,000 a month. If you're not sure what you need, that's fine. We'll scope it together on the first call.

Fixed price for the first phase, usually four to eight weeks. After that, we move to a monthly retainer for as long as you want us. No hourly tracking. Ever.

It will. We work in two-week phases, scope each one explicitly, and re-plan at the end. You can change direction every two weeks. You can also stop the engagement at the end of any phase. No penalty.

Yes. Six of them, plus a retainer for the long arc. They start at Business Starter (from €5,000: a tightly scoped automation or single-feature build) and scale to Custom SaaS (from €40,000 for first phase).

That's the “stay” part: a monthly retainer that covers small features, fixes, monitoring, and a metrics review on the first Wednesday of each month. We don't hand off to a separate maintenance team; the people who built it keep tending it.

Usually within two to three weeks of saying yes. We don't take on a new project unless we can give it real attention from day one.

Fourteen days. Real software, in production, that you can use. Not a Figma file, not a clickable prototype.

One person we can reach. That's the main thing. Access to your tools (we'll send a checklist). And roughly two hours a week, in a recurring slot, for review and decisions.

You get the code, in your GitHub, your AWS, your accounts. We don't keep client work in our infrastructure. Even during the build, you'll see every PR.

Yes, ongoing support packages tailored to your needs. Most clients stay on a retainer for a year or more. We're still actively working on the first project we ever shipped.

We'd help you. We write code that another developer can pick up, opinionated, documented, boring in the good way. We'll do a proper handover, including a video walkthrough.

Slack us. Most small features go from "can we" to live in under two weeks. Bigger ones go into the next two-week phase.

Retainer clients have an on-call number. For critical issues (the site is down, payments are failing), we respond within 30 minutes, around the clock.

TypeScript end-to-end, Next.js or Astro on the front, Postgres on the back, LangGraph for agents, and whatever payment rail your market needs (Stripe, Mollie, iDEAL). We're opinionated, but we'll meet your stack if you have one.

No. The code lives in your GitHub and your accounts. It's written so another developer can pick it up, opinionated, documented, boring in the good way.
